gRATitude

While walking to the bus stop yesterday I noticed a present left on our lawn by Delilah; a deceased rodent.  I thought it very nice of her to show her gratitude in this way so I immediately texted Husband.

me:

Rat1

husband:

Rat2

me:

Rat3

husband:

Rat4

me:

Rat5

When Husband got home a shovel with a bow attached to it was leaning against the house near the lovely rat.  Welcome home dear!

My Delilah would have eaten it. 🙂

So far the cat (Bob) doesn’t go outside so we haven’t had any presents. Lucky you!

  2. Gross and hilarious all at the same time. You should also have used ‘yes I actually took a picture of a dead rat and put a bow on it’ as a tag. Got to love making lemonade out of lemons!!

  3. Bwahahaha we would so be friends….So nice of Delilah!

  4. So funny. Thank you helping me start my morning with a laugh!
