While walking to the bus stop yesterday I noticed a present left on our lawn by Delilah; a deceased rodent. I thought it very nice of her to show her gratitude in this way so I immediately texted Husband.

When Husband got home a shovel with a bow attached to it was leaning against the house near the lovely rat. Welcome home dear!
My Delilah would have eaten it. 🙂
So far the cat (Bob) doesn’t go outside so we haven’t had any presents. Lucky you!
Delilah usually brings us live presents: chipmunks, snakes, and baby bunny rabbits. I am rather glad she did not bring us a live rat.
Gross and hilarious all at the same time. You should also have used ‘yes I actually took a picture of a dead rat and put a bow on it’ as a tag. Got to love making lemonade out of lemons!!
Hehehe – I like your idea for a tag!
Bwahahaha we would so be friends….So nice of Delilah!
I am glad you share my warped sense of humor, we could totally hang.
So funny. Thank you helping me start my morning with a laugh!
I am glad I was able to give you a laugh!
It’s the bow that did me in … nice touuch!!! 😛

I thought it very nice of Delilah to add that little flair. 😉

You are a keeper! hahaha
Well, after Husband specifically thanked me for NOT sending him a picture, it just seemed like the natural thing to do. 😉
