Simple Sunday – Pumpkins & Corn

I love the Indian corn. 🙂
Thanks I like it too – it turned out really nice for a little point and shoot camera.
Lovely, lovely photos! For the first time in my life, I’m actually hoping to carve a pumpkin into a lantern this year. I think I may be a little overexcited about it. 😀 So far I’ve got the pumpkin and I’ve done a watercolour painting of it. Now I’ve just got to work out how I’m going to carve it and what, as a vegetarian who’s not keen on vegetables, I’m going to do with the filling!
Thank you, it was fun to play around with a collage format. I hope you post some pictures of your watercolor and the finished pumpkin project on your blog – you seem very artistic. What to do with the filling, humm, roasting the seeds is all I have done. I have not been brave enough to do anything with the rest.
Thank you for your kind words. I wasn’t actually going to post them on here originally because I have other blogs where I put artwork, but I’ve got such a collection of pumpkin pictures I’m going to put on a variety. 😀 So thanks. Thanks for the idea about roasting seeds, too. I put some in the oven and they were really nice. 🙂
